General Information about Online TradingYou can safely pay online through our booking system. All payments are processed through a secure server approved by PBS. You can read more about online payment security on the following websites: www.betaling.dk and www.fdih.dk.
BookingWhile you are booking, we reserve the selected rooms for you for ten minutes. If you do not complete the payment within these ten minutes, the rooms will be released, and your reservation will be canceled.
Prices and PaymentAll prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT.
Payment in our online booking system is made using a credit card - the supported card types are shown by the displayed card logos. Some credit cards may be subject to a fee - the amount will be shown when selecting the card type.
The payment for your stay will be deducted from your account upon completion of the booking.
After payment, your browser will be redirected to a receipt where all details regarding your booking and payment will be displayed. The receipt will also be sent to the email address you provide when booking.
Right of Withdrawal and RefundsYou have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:
All stays can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of timely cancellation, the full amount will be refunded.
If you cancel later than the specified deadlines, you will lose the entire paid amount.
The cancellation must be in writing and sent to us by email or post.
Registration of InformationWe register your name, address, email, and other information provided in connection with your booking in our customer directory. The information is not shared with third parties, but we retain the registration for five years.
When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server where the information is encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet.
Complaint HandlingIf for any reason you do not receive a confirmation of your booking and you have not received an error message from the system, you can contact us at the address below or call us.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself, or the stay must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by reviewing your confirmation. Complaints can be made in writing or orally. One year after the stay, the right to complain expires under the Danish Sale of Goods Act §83, subsection 1, unless otherwise agreed.
A complaint can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint can be submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr.When submitting a complaint, you must provide our email address info@hotelvillum.dk.
